State Department Changes Course in CU FOIA Lawsuit

State Department changes course in CU FOIA lawsuit asking for any State Department contracts with Christopher Steele, Sidney Blumenthal, Perkins Coie, and others:  "Upon further review, State has determined that this request should not have been rejected for failing to reasonably describe the records and that it should instead be processed."
