Des Moines Register: Gingrich and Santorum will attend abortion forum in Des Moines Dec. 14

Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum will attend a forum on abortion hosted by Mike Huckabee in Des Moines on Dec. 14, organizers said this morning.

Huckabee, a former Arkansas governor who ran for president four years ago, will premiere a documentary about the moral issues of abortion.

He invited eight 2012 GOP candidates to speak on abortion issues, so far Gingrich, a former U.S. House speaker, and Santorum, a former U.S. senator from Pennsylvania, have RSVP’ed, said Jeff Marschner, spokesman for Citizens United.

WHAT: Citizens United Productions will premiere “The Gift of Life,” a documentary about abortion issues hosted by former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee

WHERE: Hoyt Sherman Place, 1501 Woodland Ave., Des Moines

WHEN: Wednesday, Dec. 14. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the program begins at 7 p.m.
