Citizens United, David Bossie and 17 State & Territorial Republican Parties File FEC Complaint Against Kamala Harris for President Campaign

Today Citizens United, David Bossie and 17 GOP state and territorial parties filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission against Vice President Kamala Harris and her presidential campaign for its brazen violations of federal campaign finance law by misappropriating $96 million in Biden for President campaign funds. The FEC must investigate this unlawful conversion of campaign funds and assets without delay.  It speaks volumes that more so-called “good government” groups aren’t sounding the alarm about this egregious violation.  Looking the other way on this violation – just like the mainstream media has done with Joe Biden’s declining health – is precisely the kind of double standard that the American people have grown sick and tired of in recent years. We’re grateful to GOP parties in AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, LA, MD, MN, MO, NE, ND, SC, TN, UT, VI, and WY for standing alongside Citizens United on this critically important issue.
