Citizens United President David Bossie freely admits it: He was part of the “vast right-wing conspiracy.”

Amid the 7,500 documents released Friday by the Clinton Presidential Library is a 28-page report titled “Communication Stream of Conspiracy Commerce.” The document was written in 1995 and describes what then-first lady Hillary Clinton would call in a 1998 “Today” show interview the “vast right-wing conspiracy” against her husband.
