Politico: Can Romney outflank Obama on foreign policy?

President Obama’s success in killing terrorists Osama bin Laden and Anwar al Awalaki was the direct result of key Bush administration anti-terror policies that paved the way for those successful operations. Any president would have given the go order for those operations.
