Florida Federal Judge Declares Obamacare Unconstitutional

A second federal judge has declared Obamacare unconstitutional. Coming off the heels of last month’s Virginia decision, Florida District Court Judge Roger Vinson said in his ruling that Obamacare should be “declared void.” In reaching his decision Judge Vinson noted that “Because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable, the entire Act must be declared void. This has been a difficult decision to reach, and I am aware that it will have indeterminable implications.” Step by step this travesty of a law will eventually make its way to the Supreme Court where I pray they will overturn it. Obamacare is a nightmare to our nation that will not only hurt our overall health care system but our economy as well.
