Politico: Is “Obamacare” crumbling?

As Obamacare crumbles within the Obama administration and in the courts, it will remain a major issue in the 2012 campaign, as it was in 2010 when Republicans had historic successes. The way this administration so arrogantly pushed through this failed piece of legislation over the vehement protests of the American people – and at the expense of a focus on jobs and the economy – will continue to haunt President Obama and his campaign. The Republican nominee must repeal and replace this terrible legislation in their first days after being sworn in as president, as part of an economic recovery plan.
