Virginia Federal Judge Overturns Obamacare

A federal lawsuit, brought by Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, was victorious today in derailing Obamacare. U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson’s ruling sides with Cuccinelli’s argument that the federal government does not have the constitutional authority to require Americans to have health insurance. This favorable ruling will not end Obamacare, but it is the first step in bringing this case to the United States Supreme Court. Obamacare is unconstitutional, and I congratulate Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli on his important victory today.
