Citizens United President David N. Bossie previously served as Chief Investigator for the U.S. House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight during the Clinton Administration.
In this capacity, Bossie led the way on several high profile investigations during the scandal-plagued 1990s, such as Whitewater, Travelgate, and the campaign finance probe, which resulted in more than 100 individuals fleeing the country or invoking the 5th Amendment.
