Putting The Budget Deal Numbers Into Perspective

The reported budget deal between Obama, Reid, and Boehner is set to cut $38.5 billion, but did you know that in the eight days it took to reach that deal the national debt increased by $54.1 billion? Last week was a step in the right direction with the budget actually being cut, but the deal does not solve our national debt issue. America is in a fiscal crisis that has its roots based in the liberal policies and mindset of the 1960s.
